OMG I’ve rediscovered a POWER HOUSE tool.

And it’s the simplest yet.

Just turn on the music
.

Do you remember when you studied when you were younger and you insisted on wanting to listen to music? Perhaps your parents told you it was distracting, but I’m here to tell you it ROCKS your body’s rhythm, literally, and powerfully.

Here’s why it works.

This was an accidental re-find.

It happened when I was book writing at home recently, and I needed to block out the background noise.

It actually stimulates your swirling mind, and quietens all the other thoughts that are going on, and often distract you.

No only did it do that, but I found myself getting pepped up by the beats, bopping along (ahhhh – teeny bopper memories!), and totally pouring out quality content really quickly.

You may also experience this at a great cafe, like I’m in this morning – Bella Natural Food Co in Terrigal on the Central Coast.

And yes, top of the list is Rhianna’s Loud album, kicking off with the get into it and excitement track S&M. It gets me toe tapping, neck swirling and head bopping, and cranking out the content! Other favs are Florence and the Machine, MGMT, Empire of the Sun, Kylie’s Fever.

PS Enjoy seeing your kids bopping along to the music (like at Bella in Terrigal)
