I was listening to a video by Jack Delosa this morning on vision. He spoke of the importance of vision to the culture of an organisation, and in particular to creating high performance environments and teams. I couldn’t agree more.
Today I also got to fuse my passion for the power of vision with something I’ve never done much of and never felt comfortable with – art.
