Because they’d be mad if they didn’t have a coach, and yet we have an issue with coaches in our lives. Admittedly there is a lot of bad coaches out of there.

It’s also a space I understand and have worked in for a number of periods of time, and it showed me what it takes to be physically able to push your own limits, and the team that it took to do it.

And there’s a lot of pressure in the elite sports industry, but the best people also have a lot of support. So if that’s the case, why wouldn’t you have a team of supporters on your team?

How do you tune your fuel – nutrition, mindset, smarts. Where do they come from.

Elite athletes have done too much work to let themselves fail. And with a support team, they rarely fall far.
